H-1B renewal documents late by 1 day

Hi,

I wanted to know if my case will be processed by the TSC.
My h-1B expired on 1st december, 2003, and my documents got delayed for some reason and reached BCIS TSC on 2nd Decemeber.

1) Am I in status. WIll BCIS proccess my case.
2) if not what should I do.
3) if I file another H-1b through another company will there be any problem.
4) How long will it be before I know if my case will be processed.
