H-1B Question about extension for spouse: Urgent

Hi All,

I have a question. Here is my case.

My H-1B is expiring on 26th Mar 2005. I am filling for a 7th year on H-1B based on a >365 days pending labor.

I have a question about my wife's case. She came here on H-4 (Jan'2003) after we got married in India. She Transferred to H-1B around Aug'2004.

Since my H-1B 6 year is expiring. She has been on H-1B and H-4 for approx 2 years. She has a H-1B valid until the same date I do.

1.) How Can she file for an extension. In her case Is it true that she can get a extension since she has completed only 11/2 year on H-1B.
2.) how long will her extension will be. Is it any way dependent on my H-1B now.

It's the total of all H status, so if 6-(H1+H4) > 0 then she can apply for extension of her H1 status.
