Hello Forum,

Regarding the extra 20000 H-1B visas that the US government has made available for foreigners holding a Masters degree from a US university, will it start in March? Where can I find this information in the USCIS web site?
Also, is there any restriction regarding the year the degree was obtained?
Finally, what are the reasons an H-1B application could be denied?
