I have H-1b with company A. I did apply for my I-485 on Jan 2003. I would like to take about 2 months leave witout pay. Hou this will effect my Status as an H-1b or I-485 applicant?
I heard that as a H-1b I can not take any leave without pay?
I am right now with a project and it will end this month, There is a new project comming up and I want to work for that. I wanted to take some time off as vacation time and spend some time with my kids and family. I am worried how this might mess my GC processing? Could any one help me? I do have my EAD card also and I haven't use that. Please let me know if anybody knows about the LEAVE without pay rule?
