H-1B for another employer Jaxen/Jim/others please help

I already have a H-1B with employer A. I intend to work for employer B. Must employer B file for LCA and provide prevailing wage information again?

Is there any website that fully describe the process?

LCA is employer and job specific

My understanding is that LCA are not transferable from one employer to another.
