My H-1B expires in Feb.,\'03., here is the situation:

My LC and I-140 were cleared when I was with co. A.
Due to layoffs, I changed to co. B (in status). Co. B is still to file LC.

Will I be able to extend H-1B after six yrs. if my 140 is not cleared thru co. B by Feb.,\'03?

or I can use my previous LC/140 from co. A to extend H-1B?
