I am a H-1B visa holder and I have 4 months remaining on 6 year limit. My I-140 is being processed currently under EB1-EA, which is a self-petition. Am I eligible to extend my H-1B visa for another year?
If H-1B is extendable in such a case, can one change the employer before/after extension of H1-B?
