H-1b Convert to L2 visa procedure & reqirements

I am looking for transferring my wife's H1b visa to L2 visa. how quick can that be done.Do i need a lawyer to do or can i do myself?.

What is the procedure todo that transfer?
as what forms are required?

further i am on L1a Visa my self.
