H-1B approval info.

The Taxis Service Center is the slowest center among all INS service centers. Is there anyone received H-1B approval, filed in the mid of May from the Texas Service Center?

My H1B is still pending with INS-TSC. I filed aroud this early May. The RD is May 14. It has almost been 4 months. I don't know if this is "Normal".
 
i applied for H1 during 2nd week of may still waiting. Normal processing.

Hope it gets apporved soon.

Finally my H1 transfer got approved.

Because i applied for premium processing. Not sure how long it might have taken if i had not applied for premium processing.


Service Center: TSC
RD : May 14th 2002
AD : June 12th 2002
 
Yes this is normal. You should get the approval in next 4 to 5 weeks.

Update

Finally my H-1B filed in the mid of May got the approval from the TSC, taking 116 days.:eek:
