Applied for an H-1B in May 2005 and got the receipt. Made it premium in Mar 2006 - receipt came but no further response or RFE. TSC has not responded to two letters to director from employer's lawyer. What to do?
No response on premium H-1B application in over 18 months... seeking advice
The lawyer says that TSC representative told him that this H-1B petition has gone to Washington DC for some kind of background check and there is no way to track it.
USCIS TSC has already taken close to 2 years without giving any response/RFE and am trying to seek advice from better lawyers/other experience people how to hold them accountable.
