H-1 Visa Stamp while AOS is Pending

Gurus,

I know that while AOS is pending one can travel ouside the US (if he is on H-1 status) and get H-1 visa stamped on his passport at any US Consulate. I have questions regarding Form OF-156.

Q.15 Have you ever applied for a U.S. Immigrant Visa?

Q.24 How Long do you plan to stay in the USA?

Q.26 (1) Have you or anyone on your behalf ever indicated to a US Consular or Immigration Employee a desire to immigrate to the US or have you ever entered a US Visa lottery?

Q.26 (3) Has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?

Answers to all these questions is \'Yes\'. But since H-1 is considered a Non-Immigrant visa won\'t that be a problem?

Answer yes to all these questions. H1 is duel intent visa.
Consular cannot reject H1 stamp simply because you have
expressed immigration intent.

Thanks for your advice ciba. I have one more question. Can I travel outside the US on a valid H-1 visa while
my H-1 extension is pending?

OR

my EAD/AP is pending?
