H-1 Visa stamp in mexico and documets needed

I have got a lot of help from this forum. Here is one more question: I plan to go to Mexico to get visa stamp. But

1. I lost my EAD card for practical training during my first year of work, will this create a problem?

2. My company was acquired by a larger company, so instead of a new H-1, my company provides documents showing the company merge and the validity of the original first H-1 documents. Will this be a problem?

3. Do I need Mexico visa to go there?
