H-1 Visa from India

Hi guys,

I want to apply H-1 visa for my sister.She has 6 years of experience in Oracle applications.Can any one suggest me some good companies.I'm ready to take care of visa expenses.I want a company which has more than 100 employees,Clean records and good record for visa stamping in india.I have good contacts for marketing,i can find a project for her.So i'm looking for an employer who can work on % basis.
Can any one suggest me the companies which are willing to do all this?
