I Had H-1B expired in march 2003 couldnot enter United states on H-1 due to Querry at consulate in India got married and came on H-4 instead.Now i have a job offer and can start immediatley so can i go ahead and apply for a H-1 Transfer as i was counted in quota in the past or should i be waiting till 10/01/04 which will not gaurentee my current Job offer till then.
