My husband has been holding and H-1 visa as a research associate in one the universities in California. His visa will expires on Oct 2008, howeever a week ago, he learnt that their research money will end bu the end of Oct and if he excesises his vaccation leaves, he will have time till the end of Nov to stay and then leave. As H-1 visa has been reached hos cap this year, what would be the soultion for him if he applies for a job in industry? Could he apply for O visa as a computer scientist as he has a very brilliant resume to get an industry job? We are running out of time very quickly. Please advise!
