I\'ve filed for an H-1 transfer at VSC on july 7th from company A to company B. At company A, I\'m in I-485 stage with EAD card just received recently. I have 3 years of H-1 with me left and I am now decided to leave company A.
Is it ok to leave company A before I get the actual H-1 approval from company B. In other words, will I be in status if I resign from company A after 2 weeks of applying for H-1 transfer?
Also, if for some reason my H-1 transfer doesn\'t go through properly, can I come back to company A in the event they don\'t cancel my earlier H-1 and continue to process my I-485 for GC?
