H-1 Status Problem

I had filed on July 11th, and my status is still showing the following (even though the case processing chart shows July 17th as of September 20th) :-

"Your I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was received on July 11, 2005. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 90 and 120 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

It is so so sooooooooooo FRUSTRATING MAN !!!

Anybody else with this weird & random experience ?

My friend has a receipt date of 8th june. He still gets the same message as yours. dont worry you will get an approval soon.

First of all congratulations to you for receiving your H-1 approval. Thank for posting your answers to both my queries on "RFE-Concept" & "H-1 Status Problem" and most of all thank you for your words of encourgement.

Some questions (Would really appreciate it, if you could answer these questions !!!) :-
Is your friend still waiting for his H-1 approval ?
Was his case PREMIUM OR NORMAL PROCESSING ?
Did you & your friend both send your applications to the California Service Center (CSC) ?
Has your friends's lawyer or employer received his approval papers yet, even though the status online hasn't changed ?

Finally Approved

To ALL,

My H-1 has been finally approved on Oct 5th. It nearly took 90 odd days (~86 days). I had filed my case on July 11th.
