h-1 stamping

my h-1 6yr limit expires in 2007 may.i will get 7th yr extention based on my g.c.is it possible to get h-1 stamped after extension in places like canada ,mexico etc?how about my spuose who is on h-4.i heard in canada you can get us visa stamped if ur working in usa or if ur a student in usa.so was wondering about h-4 as my spouse is not working currently nor education here.

Both of you may get the H-1B visa but no guarantee. By law the H4 cannot work but can study. However, studying has nothing to do with the application for the H4 visa stamp.
