Hi all,
Can anybody tell me, if you have got the H-1 stamping done in past few months. How risky is it especially if your originally came on visit visa. And for some reason, you are rejected, would you be able to come back if you keep the H-1B new I-94 card. Please help me. Thanks

re:TCV

I have a friend who used to has criminal charge before but dismissed later.Who know whether he will get the TCV or not.Any comments will be appreciated!

If they can not verify your credentials they will deny visa.

You better get the visa stamped from your home country.
