Hi,
I am in a fix now.
I am travelling to india next week and need to get my H-1 stamping done. I was on F-1 and from 2 years have been working on H-1 and never got my visa stamped.
Now I am going to get it stamped and had taken appmt few months ago with the EAC number of the employer at that now. I changed my employer 2 months ago and have another H-1 now but the appmt is with EAC numbe rof old employer and I am not able to change that information.
Is this going to be a problem for me???
will i have to take a new appmt with current employes's petetion??
