H-1 Revalidation (St. louis) processing times have changed

When I sent my passport by Fedex in the 1st week ov Nov, the US Dept of state web site said - normally takes 4 weeks, you can call us on some number to get the status. Now when I went back to the site it says it will take 12 weeks and there is no phone number to enquire about the status.

Can I still call for a status as when I sent it, the rules were that you could call in the 5th week?

Revalidation of visas

I sent all of my family member passport(Four) to get stamp on 7th Jan\'2002 and I got it back with stampled on 20th March\'2002. It took 11 weeks to get back. This is the site http://travel.state.gov/hlop.html. for Visas revalidation.
