I had a couple of questions that I hope someone can help me clarify
I understand that after filing papers for H-1B petition, the reciept is usually recieved within one or two weeks. Does this reciept confirm if all required documents have been recieved or just the entire petition has been recieved? If I am missing any required documents, will I be notified in the reciept or will they notify me after the processing(premium) is done?
Based on when i get information requesting the missing documents, how long do i have to refile the missing documents and will they hold my quota spot for that period of time?
My next question is if it is possible to get approved for the H-1B without being approved for Change of Status? If my H-1B petition is approved byt my Change of Status is not approved I would have to leave the US and get my Visa stamped abroad?
