Hi all,

I am an H1B holder with I-485 pending, does renew my H-1B conflict with I-485 petition, since H-1B is non-immigration visa and I-485 is immigration petition. Thanks

I-485 pending does not affect the renewal of H1-B visa. How ever, if you are working on EAD card, all you will need to apply is for the renewal of the EAD. If you prefer to keep on working on H1-B, you just renew that.
