Hi Dear Gurus, please answer..
I have valid H-1 for this employer until 2008. I am going to apply I-129 (new H-1) for Change in Previously Approved employment (under same Employer). As soon as I get BCIS receipt I am going work in this new position and get paid. In the worst case, if BCIS denies this case, what will happen? Am I going to loose status? Or will consider illegally working for this period?
