H-1 and H-4 stamping at india!

My earlier H-1 VISA expired and got a new H-1 B petition now. I am planning to get it stamped in india when i visit next year and also get my fiance on H-4 . Do i need to take 2 appointments for both of us or 1 appointment would be fine?.

---- You take just one appointment for both with your wife and or children as dependent(s). You need to pay separate fees for each person seeking a visa
