Could someone please confirm, if it is ok to work on H-1 visa approval i.e I 129 on basis of DOS favorable recommendation, while the USCIS J1 approval is pending?
Is it ever possible for USCIS to refuse waiver approval after approving I 129 and after DOS has approved the case?
