H-1 7 year extension with PERM certified

H-1 7 year extension with 140 filed

Hello,

Here is my case. My H1 started on 6/7/2005, and I have transfered to another company with a new transfered H1 from 4/11/2007 to 2/15/2010 and on 2010 I have current H1 extended from 2/16/2010 to 2/15/2013 and also my PERM application is certified, and 140 has been filed w/o any result so far.

My question is do I have to file H1 extension on 6/7/2011 which is the end of 6 years' H1? Or I need to file H1 extension before 2/15/2013?
