Do you know if one can apply for the H-1B for 2006 beginning work Oct. 1st 2005 as we wait to hear about submission for the extra 20,000 from last year. if this is possible, and one submits for H-1 2006, can you apply (or transfer to) for the extra 20,000 when that opens up?
