Guys who have rcvd FP Notice...Please Reply

RD 10May01, ND 30Jul01. I have seen some posts with people receiving FP Notice. I am planning for a trip to India from Nov12-Dec12. I have not yet rcvd FP Notice. My question is how much time do they give between FP Notice, and the actual Finger Priting Date, does 485 Automated system message change to something else \'FP Issued \' ? Also is there a procedure for Re-scheduling? Please post yor RD/ND, and FP Date. Thanks for your inputs

I dont have the answers to all your questions and I am sure one of the gurus on this forum will address them.

I recd. my FP notice on 2nd Nov. and am scheduled for FP on 30th Nov. So if this is a typical case, I would venture to say that you will have about a month between receiving the FP notice and the actual FPing.

one question-who receive FP notice

Do you or your lawyer receive FP notice? or both (one original and one courtesy, respectively)? Please reply if anyone has experiences, thanks.

When I did my 1st FP 18 months back, I received a copy of FP notice and also my lawyer received one. I don\'t if the rules are still the same.
