It means that they have received ur application for RTD & mailed u a receipt for that.

I received exactly the same message on 3/17/06 and I did not receive my RTD even after 15 days / yet......

I Even called 800.*.* but the rude lady told me that I must wait for 30 days ... and If I dont receive anything by then, then I should let them know and they will take further action.

Approval message (mentioned in this thread) appeared: March 17 06
Called USCIS: 3/29/06 {they told me to wait for document untill April 17 (Complete 30days)}

You'll get it soon. Mine took around 2 weeks from date of approval e-mail (Applies few months ago).
