Guys Today I talked to an IIO Please Clarify???

Today I got to get a hold of of an IIO and I asked her about my 485 and she said that my case is in Scanning and Printing and I aske her again is my case assigned to an officer and she said no it is still pending. My next question was is left after this process and she said nothign more and she herself voluntereed through my WAC that my Finger printing is fine. I asked her is there any other agency check left on case she said no. SHe asked me to be patient as there is a backlog in Printing and scanning.
What does it mean by Printing and scanning???? Does any body know how far away am i from the final !!!!!
 
I suppose you did not ask the IIO what printing and scanning meant. This is the first time anybody h
