I am ready to use Labour substitue Aug 2003. Checked with attorney and it is all set to go.
But the other company is asking 3k for it.
Is it worth? Now if I apply for a new labor then my PD will be say Dec 2005. I have to wait.
But with the new bill coming do you think EB3 will become current
In that case I want to save 3k and apply for a new labor.
My attorney is keen on using Labour subst.
