Guys,
I\'ve had a bad experience from my lawyer earlier. He would not return call and won\'t tell about if he has received the receipt.
Now I wana pay the INS fee by my own check so that I know when its been cashed and get the receipt from that returned check.
I want to know if I can write single check for me and my wife for AOS or I need to write seperate check for each one of us?
Similarly for EAD and perole?
Guys who did their paper work on their own, please respond.

You have to write separate checks for you and your wife for I-485, I-765 (EAD), I-131 (AP, if needed), and for fingerprinting. So there will be up to 8 checks for 2 people enclosed to the file.
