Guys,
Due to lay off after 300 days, I changed employer. New employer gave me an employment appointment letter with a pay 25k less than the one on labour and gave me a future offer letter with same title, description and salary. My current pay is well above the prevailing wages.
Am I in trouble?? Will INS deny my case since I am not working at the amount stated in labour or will they consider future offer??
Please help me. I am very much depressed.
