Guys please help! 485 questions

- Fo my wife's 485 application (which I am doing by myself), please advise if principal applicant I-140 approval notice is deemed sufficient as eligibility and or my employement letter or anything else will also be necessary as supporting evidence.

- For my principal EAD and AP (which I am doing by myself), how do I link my 485 application to them. I can not afford to wait for 485 filing receipt as it may take forever.
 
Hee Hee....that's the mistake you did....I am not sure

What you really need is the 485 receipt...of the primary - only on that basis they can file for dependent's.....

You may want to talk to a lawyer or USCIS - to see how they can accomodate this in the recent scheme of things...
- Only other thing I can think of is - if your 485 got accepted and checks got deposited....you can see the receipt number on the back of the check....may be you could use that receipt number as proof of "primary 485 filing"

Talk to your lawyer, I am sure they might have discussed this scenario and agree on a way to accomodate this scenario....they will know the answer for sure
