Guys Please Help – I-140 RFE!!!!

Guys,
I got my labor approved under EB-2 category. I filed my I-140 and got an RFE. I have a 4 yr non computer bachelor degree. I had my degree + work experience evaluation done and the report says "i have an equivalent bachelor degree in computer information systems from a regionally accredited college or university in the united states".
Can you please clarify the following?
Since i don’t have a computer science equivalent degree, will USCIS approve my I-140 based on equivalent computer information systems degree?
Would it help me to get evaluation done by another agency?
What are my options if my I-140 is denied? Can i downgrade to EB-3 category?
Did any one of you face a similar situation? Please post your experience here.

course by course evaluation worked for some of the cases and as far as I know you can't just convert your approved EB-2 labor to EB-3,instead you need to restart the labor process with necessary changes in minimum requirements.

again this is just based on the knowledge that I gained from this same forum.
