Guys need help with EAD renewal urgent..

I applied for my EAD renewal through the internet. But unfortunately it did not generate a receipt but it did charge my credit card. I called the Customer Service and they said that you will have to wait for 30 days before they can find the details ofthe case..
I would like to know if any of you had this type of problem and what was the outcome.
