Guys Need Help Desperately

Hi,

I am getting my GC done through future employmnet. Applied for my I-140 and 485 on Mrach 23rd. Got my EAD.

My present job is stable, the company which is doing my future GC wants me to join them. They have 14 employees there, with a turnover of 700k and profit of 200k.

There is a pressure to join them, what do u think are my chances of I-140 approval should i join them at this stage?
The current dates are May12th when do u think they will look at my I-140.

Need help, please pitch in ur suggestions and advise, am in a tight situation.

Hi,
If you feel joining the company will get you a stable job. then why not. Joining the sponsoring company will only make your case stronger since the employer will be acting in good faith.
But on the other hand if you feel that the sponsoring company just wants to suck you out as like other DESI companies then you have to play it tactfully and see to that you stay in the present job and also that sponsoring company does not cancel your I-140 in the rage(which normally they dont).
