Guys, just came back from US Virgin islands, question about CBP stamp

Guys,
this green piece of plastic is indeed sweet. I breezed through customs gates like a goat in heat in the special "Americans only" line after coming back from Virgin Islands and Mexico! This place that God blessed called U S of Ayyyy is truly heaven on earth. I however have a small question. As I shuffled through customs at a relaxed but tense pace the agent stamped my passport but his chicken writing is hard to decipher ( I strongly believe border patrol only employ high school dropouts.) It said something like either ARC or ARE or ARL what does this mean???
