Hi everyone.
I want to know what is the procedure to inform the BCIS regarding your case the I 485 Adjustment of status from a Attorney who has been filled since July 2001 and haven't receive any notice for FP, so I had decide to take my case from a Attorney; the second reason I had moved to other State. I ready did the address change to the Customer service Center and also to Nebraska Service center.

1) Be sure you have your case No. on hand before you take any actions.
2) Using your case No. to find out your case info on USCIS website http://uscis.gov or call USCIS (800) 375-5283.
3) If you really want to do so, you just change your address to the new address you wish in USCIS. All USCIS requests or letters will send to your new address. Be sure sending out two forms. One is for Form AR-11 to it's erquired address. The other is to send a addreess change letter to Nebraska Service center.

I did send two form the AR-11 and Nebraska Service Center and I got confirmation letter from Nebraska I do have an original receipt with me.
