Guys/Gals Can U believe this ! My case is approved.

This morning 9/27/01, I had called up IIO and she said it gets assigned to more than one people and it goes back and forth and it will take 3 to 4 weeks.
Now my husband called the AVM and it said approved on September 24th.
ND 11/21/00 RD 10/26/00 PD 8/31/00 EB2 RIR

Congrats...but then...

My heartiest congratulations to you & your family.
We know that the AVM isn\'t always updated, that\'s why we sometimes try to get the latest info. from IIO\'s.
Yours seems to be an exactly opposite case where the AVM is updated, but the IIO still doesn\'t know.
Really Wierd...

I noticed your PD is 8/00.

I wish INS only cared about RD/ND, not the PD (as long as it is current), as I see most approvals for ND-11/00 so far had an earlier PDs like 8/99.
