Gurus, quick question. Please answer.

Hi:

My wife is going to visit India due to a death in her family. She is taking
her passport with I551 stamp, her DL & SSN card (her physical
green card hasn't yet arrived). Will these docs be okay for her to
leave and return back to US? BTW, she was a derivative petitioner for
AOS.

Please let me know as early as you can as she is leaving in the next day
or two.

from the document point of view you are OK,but to be on the safe side I would suggest you talk to the local INS.
