Gurus!! Question reg 2nd FP

Myself and my wife did the 2nd Fingerprinting on March 11th 2004. I called today the FBI and found my wife's record shows Finger Print accepted on March 11th and my record shows May 2002 (Which is my first finger print date). Does any body underwent same problem.

Pls advise.

It may be one of the possibility
1. Still under process of checking
2. may be your 2nd FP were not clear, if they are not clear, you will recieve a notice from the local office for a re-FP.

I have a few questions for you. Thanks.
1.
What type of info you need when u called FBI? Just LIN number?

2. Did you talk to a real person or it was an automated services?

3. What phone number did you dial? The number that I got is (304) 625-2000.

i called the FBI number which was listed under 'FBI number' thread and chose the option 3 which led me to a customer representative. Spoke to him (gave A#) and found that my finger print was not uploaded in their system. I called today with another rep and gave the A# then got the same answer and gave my SSN then they got the record which showed the finger print has been compled on March11 2004. I asked why it did not show up with my A# the she found that they added extra zero (like 0092 instead of 092). Stupid system. Anyway my case is resolved.
