My I-485 RD is 08/13/01
ND is 09/20/01
FP done on 02/26/02
We didnt get our medical examination done while filing I-485 on the advice of our attorney.
Now as the things are moving into our RD Dates, we decided to get our medicals done and wait for RFE. But as my wife is pregnant, we couldnt get MMR vaccination for her done.
When the RFE comes for our medicals, what shall we do about it. Can I just send the medical reports of both of us and wait to see what happens. Could someone please advice me about this and I really appreciate it. Will this have any implications on I-485 processing as atleast my wife's FP will expire sometime around her due date. Please let me know.
