My I 140 has Query for last year w2 and tax return.
but the case is that i dont have any one of it.
why?
because first 6 months of last year , i was in india.
last 6 months company had no job for me.
Is there any way out ?
Responses will be appreciated.
 
At I-140 level usually they do not ask for employees W2 and tax return. But you never know.
If you were out of country there should not be any problem. Whatever you are having you can send them.
Since the tax season is just started you can send previous year returns also as you may not have r3eceieved for current year.

GC is for future job it should not affect you if they are asking just your details.
