Hi,
I received an I-140 RFE on education. My LC EB-3 requires B.S. plus 1 year working experience, and I have a B.S. degree in the same field from China, more than 10 years working experience, and a M.S. degree from a U.S. university. I am confiedent that I meet the requirement. Now I am preparing to send all my transcripts and degree diploma to Trustforte. However, I have one question:
I got my B.S. degree in China back in the 80's. At that time, all the universities in China used "class hours" in stead of credits on the transcripts. Actually, some Chinese universities are still using class hours to show how many hours this courses is taught in class. Do I need to explain it to Trustforte or TSC? Will that be a problem? Do I need to convert the "class hours" into credits? I don't know how to do that.
Thank you very much for your advice.
