Hello All,
My friend is getting married to a person who has already filed his I - 485 (AOS) but not yet approved, in other words its pending with BCIS via employment based process.
My question is...If she gets married now.....what will be her status ...Can she file with him or add her name and adjust status as his gets through.
If yes how long before can she add her name to the application.
If not what are her options.
Any response will be highly appreciated.
