Guru's,please respond on my i 140?

Guru's,

I filed i140/485(Eb3 labor subs): ND:11/10/2005 Lud's on 140/485 changed :2/1/2005,2/2/2005,2/3/2005,No msg change

I called Vermont customer service,they told me officer is reviewing my case.They are waiting for one information.Once they got that information,they can move your 140 and Fp's.

What kind of information for they waiting?.I didn't receive my fp's as of now.

I got my EAD/AP two months ago.

had the LUD changed on your 485 also.
 
Yes Lud's changes 140/485 both continuosely

When i called USCIS,they told me your 140/485 processing by same officer.He is reviewing your case.He is waiting for one information.

What is that?
 
Your Case is of Labor Substitution.Was your I-140 Filed with Original Labor Substitution?Make sure it was not filed with a Phot-copy of the Labor.

Mine labor subs

Mine is Labor substitution.I never saw my LC with my eyes.I didn't know,wheather they sent photo copy or original labor subs.

I will ask my company today.
