Gurus, Please need your suggestion

Gurus,

Rightnow I am in a tight corner to take decision. Need your invaluable suggestion regarding accepting a lucrative offer from a reputed company.

This offer gives me 83% hike, a good comapny and a good position.
As we really can't predict approvals by the way INS works, I am in situation where I need some suggestion from you regarding accepting the offer or wait
for INS blessings.

My details are:
485 RD: 06/12/2002
RFE : 04/12/2004 (employment and w2 and paystubs)
RFE RELPIED: 05/25/2004
RFE RCVD : 05/26/2004
LUD : 06/22/2004 AND 06/23/2004
AD : ?????
 
go and take the offer. You are right accross the approval stage. If you want to wait untill you get the approval, then ask the new company more time to join. But they may not wait. Ball is in your court dude.
 
You obviously can change jobs with AC21 anytime.
But with recent LUD and RFE- you maybe getting approved very quickly(can't ever be sure). HAve you done FP2?
So just hang on for a couple of weeks and then change jobs.

Yes, I and my wife have already done FP2 on 02/07/2004.

LUD changes for my wife from 02/18/2004 to 06/22 and 06/23/2004.

It is better to change jobs NOW, before your GC approval per the AC-21 spirit. AC-21 does not apply after you get your GC; if offcourse you care about the law and Citinzenship and ramifications....

there are people in this forum that may disagree but you can find the legal documents I posted in the past about AC-21.
