If someone has stayed on H1-B visa in USA for 5 years and then went back to his country and stayed there for 1 full year. After the end of these 6 years if he applies for H1-B again will his 6yrs limit come into play and he can stay only 1 year in USA OR he can stay for 6 full years. In short would the counter of 6years will reset after 5yr US stay and 1 yr in his home country?
